Scottish born and Aussie raised, Beth has art and hospitality running through her veins. With her father being a chef of 20 years before becoming a viticulturist in Australia, and her uncle an acclaimed Archibald Price winning artist for portraiture, her path to The Portrait Restaurant was clear.
Starting at 16 working in a local winery in Margaret River, hospitality has allowed Beth the opportunity to travel the world, meet a wealth of extraordinary people and eventually make her way back to the UK. From Edinburgh to London, she’s worked at places like the Montpelier’s Collection, The Ivy and Sucre, before joining Searcys and the Corrigan Collection to open The Portrait Restaurant. Now that she’s here, she’s ready and waiting to craft fantastic experiences for anyone and everyone who steps through the door, and we’re delighted to have her.
